May 23 to 28, 2011 : one week vacation with Papy Bernard and Mamie Arlette

One monday, Rachel felt bad : it's the second time she ate chinese food since she arrived in France, and each time she was sick. I finally understood that her stomac doesn't like Chinese food !

Since she felt too bad to go to school, Papy Bernard and Mamy Arlette, who were at home, suggest she can go with them and Axelle for the week in their campagne house. We agreed with Olivier: it's not very serious if she lacks few days of school and it will be a good opportunity for her to live a few days without Romane and Emeline,  to be pampered by her grandparents , and also to meet people she does not know (my uncles and aunts) and overcome her shyness to speak french with them for a bit.
Rachel was very happy to have one week out of school. She enjoyed be in the campagne.

She spend lot of time with Elise (the daughter of my cousine) and Talita (Elise's scottish sister). They have good time togother. Mamy Arlette and her sister was amused listening Talita and Rachel speaking french together.

On saturday evening, Elise and Talita had their danse show, and they had invitated Rachel to come with them to see it. Rachel was very happy to go. She came back home on sunday morning with my cousine and her family just at time for the mass! Romane had her first communion on sunday.
